JAIPUR (Pink City)

    At a distance of 268 km from Delhi, 240 km from Agra, 511 km from Chandigarh, 652 km from Ahmedabad, 612 km from Bhopal and 590 km from Lucknow, Jaipur, also known as the Pink City because of the colour of the stone used exclusively in the city, is the capital of Rajasthan in Northern India. Jaipur is famous in history and culture. Along with Delhi and Agra, Jaipur forms the Golden Triangle of Indian tourism. It is one of the popular places to visit in India and one among the renowned tourist places in Rajasthan.


 City palace*


     City palace is situated right in the middle of Jaipur.which is located on the seventh part of this area. The palace complex comprises of Chandra mahal and Mubarak Mahel Chandra mahel has been converted into museum that houses exclusive handcrafted products and other products that depict the cultural heritage of the kingdom. 

    It was constructed by sawai jai Singh II between 1729 and 1732 AD.  Not only will you enjoy the architecture you will be stuck by the glorious view of Pink City from here.


Hawa Mahel*


    Hawa Mahal is a palace in Jaipur in india, Built from red and pink sandstone, the palace sits on the edge of the city palace Jaipur, and extends to the Zenana, or womens chambers. The structure was built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Sing the grandson of Maharaja Sawai jai singh who was the founder of Jaipur.

    A Stunning presentation of the rich architectural expertise of the past. Hawa Mahal is a not-to-miss tourist places in Jaipur. The five-storey building does not have steps to reach upper floors.


Amber Fort*


    Amber Fort is a located in Amer, Rajasthan in India. Which is around 11 kilometers from Jaipur. It was constructed by Raja Mansingh in the year 1592. Located high on a hill, it is the principal tourist attraction in Jaipur. Mughal architecture greatly influenced the architectural style of several buildings of the fort, the red stone and marble stone construction reflect a blend of Hindu Muslim Architectural.

Amer Fort is known for its artistic style elements with its large ramparts and series of gates and path the fort Maota Lake. Amber Fort one of the courtyards has the public Audience Hall, called the Diwan-e-Aam. The Amer fort is also popularly known as the Amber Fort.


Jaigrah Fort*


    Jaigrah Fort is situated on the promontory called the Cheel ka Teela (hill of Eagles) of the Aravalli range it overlook the amer Fort and the maota Laske, near Amer in Jaipur rajasthan in India. Literally known as the fort of Victory. Jaigrah Fort houses the worlds largest cannon. This Fort was the main Symbol of the military prowess of Rajputs and had been an indirect and direct part of many famous historical wars.

    The Fort was built by Jai Singh II in 1726 to protect the Amer fort and Its palace complex and was named after him. Jaigrah Fort is located near Amer and Nagargarh Fort and can be visited en-route.


Nahargarh Fort*


    Nahargarh Fort built as a defensive fort on the Aravali Range, overlooking the city if Jaipur in the india state of Rajasthan. Along with Amer Fort and Jaigrah fort Nahargarh once Formed a strong defence ring for the city.

    The Fort providers some stunning viewpoints of the city nearby and therefore is a popular picnic hangout spot for localities. The fort was originally named sudarshangarh but it become Known as Nahargarh , which mean abode of tigers. The main attraction here apart from view are the queen boudoirs which are well connected and decorated with beautiful murals.


Albert Hall Museum*


    Albert Hall Museum is a stunning example of Indo-Saracenic style architecture. The Albert Hall Museum in Jaipur is the oldest museum of state and functions as the state of rajasthan in india. Adorning the gates of old City and flanked by the famous Ram niwas gardens in Jaipur. The building was designed by sir Samuel Swinton Jacob, after the prince of Wales. Albert Edward and completed in the year 1887.

    The museum houses many artifacts painting from different parts of india and even an Egyption mummy that is increasingly becoming popular. Albert Hall has also become a hub for many activities concerts, rallies and fastivals.


JAL MAHAL*

    Jal Mahal is a palace in the middle of the man sagar Lake in Jaipur  city. Its capital of state of Rajasthan in india. Jal mahal is another architectural delight that jaipr has to offer. It was built by Maharaja jai singh II of Amber in the 18th century  as a hunting lodge and summer retreat. Its also a well known visiting site for many migratory birds like grey heron, white- browed wagtail and blue-tailed bee eaters.

It is beautifully hallways and the fragrant Chameli Bagh would are enough to impress any visitor. The hill surrounding the lake area the north east of Jaipur have quartzite rock with a thin layer of soil cover which is part of the Aravalli hills range.


JANTAR MANTAR*

    The Jantar Mantar is a collection of 19 astronomical instrument built by the Rajput King Sawai jai Singh II, the founder of Jaipur Rajasthan. Jantar mantar is not just like any other average it is ranked amongst the largest observatories of the world. Maharaja Jai Singh II, the astronomical observatory has the largest sundial of the world. Its is located near City palace and Hawa mahal.

    The astrological instrument attract astronomers and architects from all parts of the world. The monument was completed in 1734.whatever your level of interest in space you will be inspired by Jantar Mantar.
